I have a problem with xNormal. When I add an external cage file in the low poly bit and try generate anything, it stops in the same place (or starts going really, really slow - from nice and fast :S).

does this happen to anyone else? or am i doing something wrong? is there any work arounds i could do?

Check your UV's...or post them up along with a model shot, should help us understand better.

im not on the right computer at the moment. But when i dont use an external cage, it works fine...

oh i know why ¬_¬ its because I have some points that havent been expanded from the original model.

i did this around the head, because I wanted the head to have a different UV map... and I wanted it all to join up
