just finished 1.
Have not been drawing for a long time :( Time to pick up drawing again.
Still not used to tablet.

Sketches based on how Gekkou Hayate can survive from that battle.
1. he chops harder
2. him gains more "Charka" under the moonlight. (gekkou means moon?)
3. badly injured, but he survived, yeah!
4. Orochimaru saved him and gave him the "power/curse"
5. if he "sneak attack" first....
6. he is good at "healing justsus"

this is a work in progress.
Based from the sketches, decided to combine the ideas. Combine pose from no.1, clothing from no.4, and some blood from no.3.
Something seems wrong with the pose of his left leg, just cant get it right :!

Still the same topic, how Gekkou Hayate survived?

Baki badly injured Gekkou Hayate, Kabuto Yakushi created a fake corpse of him, and brought him back for experiment. Gekkou Hayate gained great power with the curse seal, he managed to escape from the cell. However his wound could never close up due to his "cough cough" sickness. Gekkou Hayate hide and trained, now he is able to perform Dance of the Crescent Moon, using a black blade(similar to Asuma's blad) infused with his wind+water = blood chakra. He is ready for revenge. He is mad, he is angry, prepare to dieee Baki~~~~ cough cough.

I guess this would be the final version. Unless I have sometime after I done the model sheet tomorrow.

two blades?

nah, just one blade, inspired by a scene where a guy summon crows, and another guy use a black blade to sneak attack enemies while the crows block their vision.

wanted to draw 3 splite images, but cant get a good composition to fit in the other 2 images :(
