Lighting Tutorials

Hey, I'm a little in the dark about lighting fx. For my winning pose I'd like to create some pretty cool lighting. Does anyone know of any good lighting tutorials?

I was thinking about lighting too. I am really terrible at lighting:confused: I found it funny that you mentioned it. You should check out 3dtotal's tutorials for this. They have a whole bunch. I am positive they must have something for lighting. If you find anything interesting, post it here because I would be interested too:)
