Hi everyone,
I'm having a question about MAYA gizmos. I am using the latest version of MAYA for macintosh on a new Macbook Pro.
1. When I put a UV map on the model, I don't have that little manipulator that you could use to move the map around before going to the UV texture editor window. Does anyone know where this is toggled on and off? I don't see it in the map options and I have never had it since I got this version of the software.
2. When I used the extrude faces tool in the past, it had that manipulator on it where it has the little ball you can press and that kind of thing. Now, there's no manipulator. I choose the "extrude face" command and then need to select the face and move it. Does anyone know where to get this gizmo activated again and how I turned it off?
Thanks for the help. I'm going back to using MAYA again after having not used it for the better part of 10 years and using MAX. I almost have it down, but there are still a few nagging things like this that I need to sort out. Thanks for your help.
