I was shocked and a bit saddened :( to hear the news that one of my favorite film makers has passed away today: http://movies.msn.com/movies/article.aspx?news=424766>1=28101

John Hughes has provided the children of the 80's and the generations there after with some truly memorable films. His films have gone on to have a life of their own and will be appreciated for years to come.
Luckily I own most of his films and will spend a quiet day watching his filmography. RIP John and thanks for the memories.:)
