This thread is just to see what sort of characters people go for and what things make a character memorable. Whether it be personality, appearance or their movement.

Nathan Drake (uncharted): His cocky yet sauve demeanor and his believable dress sense and scenario make him a pretty likeable guy.

Bayonetta (Bayonetta): A witch with dual pistols and another pair in her high heels. A leather cat suit that is actually her own hair that transforms into dragons and she seems middle aged which is slightly rare for main characters these days.

Neku Sakuraba (The World Ends With You): I rather liked the design by Tetsuya Nomura (KH) but moreso his development from social outcast to selflessly saving other

Skulduggery Pleasant (Skulduggery pleasant books): A skeleton detective who saves the world more than mysteries. He is wise cracking and lost his skull so won another one in a poker game. A very enjoyable series of books

No TV characters in my list since I can't remember the last TV show i watched that was about a continual story

Zelda
Mario
I think Sean Devlin is hot! haha

Normally it's the boys after lara croft or bayonetta. Finally a guy I think is hot in a game.

Fox Mulder. Everyone else thinks they know what's going on. He actually does.

My fave character from books has to be Sherlock Holmes, the genius detective with many vices who drives his roomate Watson crazy by smoking, cocaine use and playing the violin at 3am in the morning. Sherlock when he gets stimulated by a case he's fine and stays out of trouble, but when he's bored he gets tinto depressive black moods and terrorizes Watson and his landlady.

I always wanted a complete set of Sherlock holmes and I found the ultimate anthology of all the cases, edited by an enthusiast with Annotations and original illustrations. I found the 2 volume set at Camelot Used Bookstore in Fountain Valley, CA and I got it for $26.00. "THE ANNOTATED SHERLOCK HOLMES (2 HUGE VOLUMES) The four short novels and 56 short stories complete by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Edited by William S. Baring-Gould." It's probably out of print, since there isn't ISBN # but the Library of congress has a catalog # 67-22406. It's supposed to go anywhere from $30-60.00 depending on condtion. I love it to death. I'm reading Hound of the Baskervilles right now a chapter or two during breakfast.

One of my fave directors Guy Ritchie is making a Sherlock Holmes movie starring Rob Downey JR (Iron Man) and Jude Law as Watson. I saw the trailer and it looked promising, but I wonder about Rob as Holmes and barely having an English Accent.

I haven't seen the BAsil Rathbone series, but I 'll borrow it. BUt I grew up on the BBC's Jeremy Brett version.
