Quest for dominance within the field of weapons.

Here we go. Time to go get that degree in asskicking weapons. Tag along in my quest if you feel like it. What´s a quest without a fellowship anyway?

Here´s my first draft while i wait for more concepts to fall in. Plan is to work with other peoples weapon-concepts for awhile to further practice my skills. This means that if you have a concept I can work on, please tell me and I might actually do it. This is an ongoing project for the next 6-12 months and yes. You will get mad creds for it if i show off the finished products. Your name will be just as big as mine and even on top of mine.

I like 4 and 6, I would try to combine those somehow, maybe use the handle of 6 on 4.

Thank you deto! Much appreciated. I can see myself doing 4, 6, 7 with the handle suggestion Burokun gave. Don´t know when I will do it but I put it in my "library" (this being my library of course haha).

I have to get this Scythe finished first. Then we will see. I have a UT-style weapon concept coming in aswell sometime. :)

As you can see i went with a fairly regular design after all. Didn´t feel like going to extreme with this one, It´s just a good way to start out on my own stuff and get up to speed for a bit and get away from the pipeline we have at work and figure out how i want to do my own stuff.


Laid down a basic texture. Far from done materialwise.


Anyway, Will complete it this coming week then jump over to one of deto´s weapons (unless the concept im waiting for appears), probably #7.

The scythe is looking good already :) When I first saw it, I was slightly uncertain of what it would look like in colors, but... Now I'm certain ;) Now just polish it up and you've got a nice portfolio piece there :D Maybe even add a char to boot ;)

Hope you'll do the #7, eager to see ^^ It and the machinepistol size version of it are the two models I'm probably doing myself too. Doing them for fun for a world I've designed... :D
