Need Help!!!

I am working on a high poly model of my left hand. I've finished adding form to the model with ZBrush, but I have no idea of how to go about adding details like finger and palm prints for the back and front of the hand efficiently.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any tutorials?

have u tried sculpting with alphas? like taking an image of the skin surface u want and then turning it into an alpha brush and sculpting with that?
