looks interesting, i have the first two and while the pictures are super awesome, i've never found them actually helpfull as tutorials. though this one does look to be a lot more in-depth in that regard.

i'm a bit confused with the online preview as well, they've pretty much given you the whole book for free there, which defeats the purpose of buying the regular edition, but what would justify spending $200 (after tax/shipping/exchange) for the limited?

yea this looks pretty awesome, although i'd be mainly interested in the kz2 stuff, and theres not too much of that. plus, the high poly models arnt of any of the kz2 stuff. still worth a look though, i found the gears of war stuff in the first one really interesting

u can flick throguh a small version of the entire book on the website

They do give you a bit of insight but its the inspiration I buy these books for. Theres alot of familiar faces in there aswell from looking at the preview. neverwintered, dimitri parkov etc.

My friends just downloaded the meshes and they are pretty cool, I nice little insight into their work. the quadruped was a bit of a disappointment as you only get the high obj and the zbrush file which has no subdivisions but yea its still really nice to see.

Nice. If it's anything like the other 2, totally worth the money.

If only I had money. Or a job....

I saw a lot of Jordu Schell's work in there, which was kinda cool, considering his stance on digital sculpting. Still, he's one of my all time favorite sculptors/artists. And his podcast, nerdcast, is hilarious!!

Very inspiring work in there. Cesar Dacol JR. is another great artist, but that picture of him makes me wanna take at least 2 steps back. He also reminds me of Pablo Francisco, the comedian. :D
