Hello, I represent a small indie team that is trying to get off the ground. We are currently a team of 3 as I will define below. We are looking for applicants to join for our first project and possibly stay among the team for permanent position's afterwords.

Currently recruiting for "Dawn of the summoned"

Brief description:
Dawn of the summoned is a real time strategy game set in the future. This game will employ ground soldiers, mech units and heavy artillery. Most of the features and functionality of this project will be similar to other popular RTS games, we do hope to implement a few new or rare features but do not intend to "break the mold" with this project. We are simply looking to create a quality game to generate some profits for the team and launch our game design company. More information is available on our private forums, we will share information with qualified individuals during the application process.

Target aim:
We are planning to offer this game for retail purchas mainly via Steam. We do have some other plans for cheap marketing that we are going to attempt to try and push the game over other mediums as well, more information on these will be provided to members that are accepted into the team.

Compensation:
We are working on a profit sharing contract for all team members that stick with the project up to release.

Additional Info:
We are a small but dedicated team looking for only dedicated reliable applicants. We have all been members of past projects that have failed do to lack of communication, poor collaboration, to many designers and not enough talent and so on. We have learned from these mistakes and have taken many steps so far and will continue to progress, we expect that all team members are available almost daily to communicate and can show progress in their work. We have only one full time designer, although we all partake in the design stage, we keep our design team very small to one or two members so that we can actually get progress in story lines and such. This leaves us open to actually begin and carry on with the actual content creation such as coding, graphic design, composition and other work that needs to be applied to complete a project. Although we do value the contributions from potential designers we ask that you only apply as a designer if you can work well with others and can actually finalize ideas. Most projects fail because, for lack of a better term to many cooks in the kitchen. We have some ideas brewing, and are starting on finalized story boards now, we are also beginning on some of the early code framework as well as creating the models that will be used in the game. We ask that you only inquire and or apply if you are willing to work hard to complete this project with us. We are not looking for temporary help or people that can not apply the skills the poses into a finalized piece of work.
