its a good effort but finish these off and then there may be more to crit. At the moment there are quite a few things that need work. Im no expert and still learning these myself, as a beginner concept artist I would focus on anatomy, pose and perspective. Dont be afraid of harsh criticism, sometimes its really really useful.

I cant criticise everything here as that would take a while but I will use the first image and crit that as it seems the most complete:

The perspective is strange, youve tried to use foreshortening and made the arms smaller? but this instead looks like he has malformed arms. If the camera really was above his head then wouldnt his legs be much smaller and closer to his body rather than at a straight on viewing angel as seems the case here. The arms dont have much volume and dont hint at good anatomy. The hands arent visible because of the shine but this looks like an attempt to hide a messy part of the sketch? There is a good sense of emotion in your sketches and the scratchy edgy lines make them different from most sketches I see and this could be developed more to make for an interesting personal approach to concept drawing. For some practice Find some of your favorite anime/manga characters in cool poses and draw those poses(not necessary to actually draw the characters just blank dummys in the poses). Study anatomy and the world around you whenever you can and do sketches of whatever you want or whatever you think will help you improve most(could be hands for example), it may take many many drawings before you get a natural feel for pose and anatomy. Im on this road too, its long but very rewarding :)

Good luck.

Yeah, I have to agree with Ged...You need to first think about what it is you would like to do, and be honest with yourself. Secondly, assess how to get to the level you'd like to be at...and this usually means training and school. It is something you will hear again and again but it's simply because it is true...learn to draw from life...life drawing or simply training yourself by reproducing photos...bottom line is few are gifted with the initial ability to render the world out of the gate. It usually comes from drawing and teaching yourself through doing. It's hard but it is one of those 'you get what you put in' things.

Another note, on stylization...learn to draw from life first. You'll get this alot if you draw from comics, in a critique people will pick apart your influences...style is cool but too often people try to learn the style rather than learn the basis of the style which always goes back to drawing from nature. 2 cents. Keep at it.
