My studio is looking to purchase a tree / vegetation model library for our current game project. I was curious if anyone had any recommendations of a good library that they have used in the past. We are looking for low poly game assets preferably with normal maps, spec maps and diffuse textures. We are looking to spend around $1000 or less.
Thanks,
Steve

Its not premade models, but its real close and real easy - check out xfrog (http://www.sharewarejunkies.com/03zwd8/xfrog.htm). $239 and it doesn't get easier to make the trees. I believe it comes with a lot of presets..

Gotta be careful with XFrog. The poly counts add up quickly since it uses a L-system. You could optimize, but you might get better results modeling your plants by hand. XFrog also gets a little trickier once you want to get ultra-stylized. Not impossible, but still easier if done by hand.
