right now the head is 2514 poly tri .. i have model a full mouth

id like to start off by saying that the 2d art is amazing,the glasses are a great addition to a cute girl, the edge loops are worked well I can see that you put thought into the placement, I do think that that is possibly one poll more than you need on the face but a pole surely isnt the end of the world, great shape, I'd love to see it after you tweak out some more of the shaping in the face, good luck.

ok MrFiGz which poll that i need to remove ..??? any way i going to zbrush her thinking of not model out a more lower poly head .
oh and guy ho do i model a glasses ?? sine it a low poly model that i want to put in ut3 really out of idea there ?

take a snapshot of your model front perspective and side and line a pair of glasses to it or draw them, then use the image as reference to model out the glasses over the face. Just an idea.

emm so just a plane for the glass part and texture it or some thing like that. i am lose with the glasses it self not how to a line it :P sorry

just try to model the frame first (Maybe start with a box and extrude your way around?) than create 1 single poly for each glass part. You can later alpha map the glass to make it transparent.
It's a great concept! What does she do though? Melee combat? Ranged combat? Computer effing?

one of the thing she don't do is "Computer effing" .. ok here a bit of story i that i pull out ... she is better at shooting but sine mose of her peps at the academe focus more on Melee combat combat she need to chacth up with them she a farm girl all her live befor she come to the academe... ( need to keep them nasty thing form eating the farm animels by shooting them ) as for her glasses .. there is noting wrong with her eyes , it just look cool on her and it a hight tec glasses that like a gui to her gun (real reason it resive setelight TV she watch it went class get boring her earring is a earring size i-pot)

good head model, in your concepts the nose is just under half the width of the mouth. In this model the nose is just as wide as the mouth. So maybe make some adjustments in those departments. poly flow looks pretty good to me.

i dont think the glasses fit her outfit, maby make them a bit more fantasy if thats what youre going for? it looks like a marvel secretary head stuck on something from dynasty wariors.
good job on the model, for glasses since your normal mapping i would just use 3 planes

ok just a test i render out the alpha map out with max hair and fer so is this an ok way to make hair texture ?

Just a small tip, since your planning on importing this into Unreal I'd be careful of the fine detail you have in the alpha map. The reason being is Unreal only supports 8-bit alphas and the results will be much different to say the least. Good luck with your character Revliss, she's coming along nicely.:)

I really like the design, but my only gripe is with her staff, doesnt belong, how bout a nice big book, or notebook pc, or communicator, I can't really see her as a killer, shes just too darn cute!

Hmm.. I don't fully agree with Zeke3d that she should have a computer or book but she looks more like a thinker than a fierce combatant, allthough she could be both ofcourse with proper clothing. The smart characters are usually much more powerfull in the end :) Mayor from GITS, L. and Kira from Death Note, Aizen and the "shopkeeper" from Bleach and so on. This is just my personal taste though.

But she is cute and the progress is looking good either way.

i see your point revliss, I like the new concept, i think to help this piece really look stellar at the end, is to start steering away from realism where ever possible in the modeling, texturing, lighting and shading. keep it up!
