The voting was pretty HARDCORE. Although i would say that if some models were more "mini moo fighters"- it migt have made their chances better :D

Whoa, there's quite a bit of entries and some very very professional level ones too.. These comps really make me realize that the 2000tri and 1024x1024, or even 1000tri and 512x512 and special maps aren't required to get good results, cheers!

I though it was hard to vote. Some where more Mini-moo then the others, but instead the quality wasnt the best.

I voted for a top runner in my opinion, i bet he will get the first place also, but on the other hand if some could push up their quality or the most skilled guys would think of a more "mini" concept the toprunner wouldnt have it to easy.

great stuff guys! first place wasn't too hard to decide on 3d, but 2nd and third! damn, a lot of great stuff so in the end i just went with what idea appealed to me most, and how nice the textures etc. where done.
2d was also pretty hard, but the first 2 where also obvious to me. amazing what some people can do with a pen-tablet and photoshop! (and just black and white :P) :D

dkvdeeto, I had the same problem (a few posts earlier). I PMed Joe and he said to try resubmitting, strangely enough it worked, mine is showing now. Mine doesn't have a chance in the world to place, but yours might, I dunno how detrimental the lost time/votes will be to your chances.

Yeah, try resubmitting now....it should still let you submit.... Something a little wonky is going on with the entry system.

Fred's expressed a few times that a lot of the GA.org stuff is still BETA-tech..I imagine we'll have a lot of issues to iron out between now and the next Dominance War.

I think for the next mini, we will let people see the view entries page before voting. This way, if you don't see your entry in, you know you have a problem in advance.

I'm away from my home comp this weekend (on a minivacation with limited internet access), so I won't have access to the results or the ability to post them until monday/tuesday. Fred might jump in and post the results though if he's got the time.
