so just a fast concept.She is some kinda "mage?" yes bat is her pet (can it be a weapon? :lucky: ) so i don't know what shuld i smoke to bring theme both into 5k tris & 512 textures

i am not much good in 2d,have to play with more "childish"proportions yet

Just want to point out that at no point in the docs does it say you have to have childish proportions or a cutesy character. It just can't be realistic.
It would probably behoove you to stylize the proportions some more but with the right texturing you could do this without straying too far from your vision.
Might even help you in the long run. You'd stand out from the pack.

That said, I'd like to see that bat with a TON of character. The girl at this point is kind of generic but a really flamboyant side-kick might be just the thing to make the "team" pop.

Hopefully we can get a color guide, I like the bat but it would be cool if you pushed the characteristics of the bats features. Good stuff so far!;)

Euphronios: whene i said "childish" i ment toonish. Mario for exemple:rolleyes: , he is 40 years old italian guy with 3 heads tall.

make the Bat with White skin and black nice marks (probably in the color of the chicks Eyes) otherwise i think its not matching to her. maybe give her instead a different glove , a hanging thing wich is compact and easy for her to cary the bat with.

All over i really love the colors and the whole concept so far!
Try to give her the more chibish/childish Face look ,though. Because Bodywise she looks Childish ,but facelike alot adult.
Longermouth, bigger eyes, thicker hair = more childish face expression, and probably a straight mouth or a smiling mouth.

Also maybe try to use a greyish background next time >_< , white kills all da concept!

this is a cute concept man good redesign. what i would focus on you are the specific elements of this character that are gonna make her pop when shes running around in game.

shes got that gauntlet. i would just make it a bit bigger so its noticeable rather than being thought of as just another glove.

the bat is a great idea. as was Try's crit. i agree. i think itd be ALOT more
unified if you went as far as to not only make the bat white and black tipped. but maybe even HER HAIR black and white tipped.

i think that if you wanna sell the child eyes a bit, you should consider giving her big black pupils. just a quick paint-in to judge what itll look like. good stuff.

TryForce: thx for crit mate, actualy black glove is the holding bat thing, otherwise in here back.I think here face ispration making here look like that(adult),she need defenetly more smile i agree with that.

Nice. Model looks pretty clean Fenixy. I feel like should could use another loop around the thigh though.

I don't see what another loop through the thigh would accomplish. Silhouette looks good as is.

Very solid model. Only thing I don't like are the bat's feet. Too un-batlike for my tastes.

I like those hands.

nice stuff! hands are great, and the silhouette is great too! maybe her pose would look a bit more relaxed if you twisted her feet out about 15 degrees? nobody stands with his feet aligned when in a relaxed position.
