So I figured it's about time I show what I will be working on. His name is Lahn Windchaser. He was the sky Pirate King until one day he found the fountain of youth. Upon finding it he fought with the guardian of the fountain. Slashing threw it's thick armor the blood flowed over his arm transforming it. Now a gaunlet with a eye and unsual strength flows threw him. While the creature was thought to be defeated the Pirate king drank from the fountain to regain his youth and gain immortality. But after the liquid flowed threw his lips a child was left in his wake. Soon after the guardian returned the pirate king Lahn was captured and sealed away. 20 years later the seal broke and the boy once pirate king emerged. Finding the fountain and the guardian to be lost. Now the boy once man must face the world anew to find the guardian and a cure. For he is trap as a child for all eternity.

I'm finishing up a commission before I can really bite into this contest. However, I'm in the mist of making a color guide. I found that I've been lacking focus when I get to the texturing part. Once this is done I will begin modeling.Hopefully pretty soon as I see some of the runners have already started on there models. Well here it is though what I finished up so far...the color guide is still in WIP. But should be done in a few hours. It's just late and I have school and work all day tomorrow. But by tuesday or wed. I should have this done if all goes well, later this week I'll begin modeling.

Coming along well. I think the black and white concept worked well with the dark coloured vest. You might like to consider trying out an equally strong contrasting colour on the new version, perhaps a red or blue.

The color guide is done....so now the modeling begins. Wee!! Texturing should go alittle faster with this. YAY!! Hopefully, with this much time at my disposal I'll be able to polish this baby up to make it prutty.
