The red pixels are "ray miss" areas, where the rays from the low poly have missed the high poly. It also looks like from the wireframe overlay that you have overlapping UVs. You need to move all but one face's worth of UVs 1 unit outside of the 0-1 UV square, so that there are no overlapping faces when you render. You should increase your ray distance, or push your cage out further so it doesn't miss the high poly.
The 2nd image looks like it's not using any lights. Try to reset Xforms and collapse, restart 3ds max, and try remaking your shader using normal bump instead of metalbump.
Look over this tutorial for more specifics. http://www.poopinmymouth.com/tutorial/normal_workflow.htm

I have tried to created irregular shaped models by using line in 3ds Max. The result comes out was hollow models when view from angles. Could someone please teach me to make a complete 3d solid with line function?
