Rockstar Games - Production Producer
Job description and responsibilities:
We are searching for a highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our production department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all areas of production, i.e. casting, booking studios, budgets, vendor contact, and administrative duties.
Creating Script Breakdowns, Coordinating production shoots.
Work directly with producers and directors as well as interfacing with actor’s agents/outside contractors
Complete the necessary paperwork regarding actor’s contracts and payments. Negotiating with agents/outside contractors.
Update and maintain budget information, working within that budget to maximize efficiencies.
Assist with casting and script management
Work on set coordinating voiceover sessions and motion capture shoots
Manage assets in the Media library after recordings to traffic assets to editors
Skills and Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in all aspects of production
Excellent computer skills
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail and results oriented self-starter with disciplined workflow practices
Ability to prioritize assignments in order to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines.
Casting experience
Degree preferred
