Interesting. Color-wise, it's pleasant, yet disturbingly attractive. I only have 2 real crits.

1) Those cloud things seem a little out of place, especially since you can't exactly tell if they belong in the foreground or background or somewhere in-between.
2) While the whole thing is well executed and nice to look at, I still have zero idea what it is I'm looking at. :p
