Awesometacular Games - 2D Sprite & Character Artist
Job description and responsibilities:
Awesometacular Games seeking one, or possibly two freelance individuals or small teams to provide us with a fixed-rate bid for the following package (Represents 1 in-game character/mob):
We're looking for a toon-like/anime-like style.
If you need more information to provide a bid, feel free to PM us.
Hexidirectional Character Sprite:
Standard in-game sprite, used for movement and placement on in-game map.
min. 32x32px 32-bit PNG on transparent background - alpha blend OK
Standing - Non-Animated (1 Frame)
Walking - Animated (4-6 Frames)
* * Optional - Swinging arms, as if holding an imaginary sword (4-6 Frames)
* * Optional - Both hands up in the air, no specific facial expression - Non-Animated
Character Panels:
An image of the character, shown next to health and status bars. Please just the character portion (no borders), non-animated.
min. 256x256px 32-bit PNG on transparent background - alpha blend OK
No Damage/Good Health
Some Damage
Lots of Damage/Low Health
Dead
Character Stance:
Used on the character selection screen. Should be detailed but non-animated.

Description:
We will have about 30-40 (total) of these packages requested by the end of our project, so we need someone who can work with us over the course of several months. The packages will not be ordered all at once, we will start with a small order, say 2 packages, then come back to your 2 weeks later and ask for 8 more. This is because of our development life-cycle and financial constraints.
Awesometacular Games pays upon receipt, so when you complete an order, include a basic invoice with the package(s). We would prefer to pay you via PayPal, as it's a nice, fast way for the transaction to complete.
We are looking to get started as soon as we find the right person.
