A couple days ago I accidentally tried to name one of my layers without clicking on the layer's tab and in doing so activated a whole bunch of shortcuts. I didn't think anything was wrong at the time, but a couple of hours later I had this:

AND before even that, my CS2 decided to blur anything that I was doing; e.g. if I tried moving a layer, the layer would look like I'd applied a light mosaic filter to it, until I stopped moving. The only thing I can remember about this is that it started around the time I got the NvidiaNormalMap Filter

So, somehow I've managed to screw up my photoshop ^^
Any suggestions, or should I just break down and try a reinstall?

Problem fixed! As it turns out, I had "color channels in color" on which is under Edit - Preferences - Display and cursor's. Now I can see stuff in grayscale again ^^

I also had on pixel doubling, which was causing the blur effect. Coincidentally it was right under the color channels button =P

Thanks for the warning. Personally, I never had this problem, but if tryforce got it too, it must be common.
