This new old one looks really cool. However, I am not sure why, but something looks really wrong with her arms. They look like they are too short, but they line up correctly with her waist and hip. I can't place it:think:

You know, it would be funny if we made a challenge/betting thread. In order to enter, artists must put $10 in the pool . Then, for 1 month, a new thread will be posted each day. This thread will contain a new topic and each artist in the challenge must draw a quick sketch for the provided topic.

Each topic is chosen by a different challenger everyday. Basically, we would put everyones name in list and assign that person his day to choose a topic.

Last man/men standing, takes the pot. If you miss one day, you are out!

It would certainly be funny:p

The women with a rod on her back is really cool. It's nice to see that you are still sketching things. The catbear looks interesting, but it looks more like a catrabbit. Something is making it look small. If he is half bear, maybe it's the shark sized fish beside him or the elephant sized leg bone in his mouth that is making him look small.

Is it me, or are you getting better? I think the next thing you should concentrate on is a new hair style. You seem to really like short hair:) Not that I am complaining or anything, short hair on japanese women.... always an eye catcher:inocent:

As always, nice new sketches. I really like the girl with the large gun. If it were up to me though, I would make the area around the handle and where she holds it under her arm, the slimmest. It looks pretty awkward having that area the thickest right now. It would hurt if she fired a round or two.

Last piece is awesome I would recommend someone normal map /model that a.s.a.p. :) Love the more serious piece and the other design you mentioned above as being old.

Big heads for the win :) that's an asian comic book style no? the style seems familiar if not hey check some of those comics out they have a similar style to them.

man, you can really see an improvement in your work on this thread. there are a few drawings at the beginning and middle that seem a bit slanted/off balance or have some perspective issues, but you've really turned that around! congrats, keep practicing! any plans for color work?
