Just trying to get better at this texture/normal mapping lark XD

Thanks for any feedback.

Your textures need to include the lightgrey area which might be part of a street? In such a case it needs potholes, cracks, litter etc.etc. Also, perhaps the "clean" brown box needs scraps of labels, tape etc. etc. Otherwise your work has good potentials..... my 2 cents....

Ah yeah the street, I was going to put in alphas but im not 100% sure the best way to do them.

Good point about the box btw, I forgot all about geting it looked used.

Thanks very much for the feedback Amethyst.

The objects' internal proportions are fine, but put together they are a bit off. The dumpster seems way too small when compared to the fence. It seems that since you made the fence slats so thin that it would be more of a waist level picket fence, rather than a 5-6ft fence. Dumpsters are usually around 5-6 feet, and depending on the look you are going for I think you should change one of the two to fit better. The box looks fine proportionally, but I agree with Amethyst about the texture changes. I love the potential of this idea; creating several different slices of different environments would look cool next to each other. Environments from different times (past/present) would add to the interest... Ok, enough of my mind wandering. Keep it up!

Well spoted about the dumpster, I wasn't too sure about the height etc

Your idea of doing different slices is a great idea and one i'll keep going well, I just done a new one but it isn't 100% yet.

Thanks for the feedback Zach.
