Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords
It almost seems as though this game was made for the DS. So I recommend that version of it. It’s a combination of Bejeweled and an RPG game mixed into one. I think casual gamers as well as hardcore gamers will both get a lot of enjoyment out of it. That is if you can find a copy in the stores, its definitely a hot game so supply is short. However you can download a PC Demo version here (http://www.gamedaily.com/canvases/gd/_a/download-puzzle-quest-demo/20070315101009990002).

Very awesome game I have to say. I was a senior tester at D3 while this game was submitting. I primarily worked on the PSP version and have to say that Puzzle Quest was a pretty fun project to work on. Infinite Interactive and Vicious Cycle did good on this.
Funny Story: The manager and Senior Testers at our office were on our way to a Christmas Party in LA. We worked in Arizona so we were flying over; however, it was right in the middle of crunch time for Puzzle Quest - DS so we couldn't sacrifice much test time. Long story short, I found a crash bug in the game at the Airport and prevented it from submitting... I was patted on the head by the VP of product development for finding it... shortly after, I was yelled at for not finding it sooner. Anyway, yeah... Puzzle Quest... cool game.

Haha... that's too funny... but soooo true in the life of Q and A. Thanks for the story. I am pretty enthralled in the game have to limit myself to no more than 30 minutes a day. On my first day I don't know how many hours I put in but I reached level 20 with a Druid and they are one of the slowest levelers. I would be curious to hear what your take is on each class strengths and weakness. Also any strategies you recommend. My friend is building up a Mage an a Warrior so I am doing a Druid and Knight. Warrior seems like the best beginner class. Not to happy with my Knight class at the moment hoping it gets better at higher levels.

This game is da bomb!
My wife hates it because it's taking all my free time!
I wish they will fix that bug for the PSP version.
