Babel Media - Linguistic Video Games Tester (Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Turkish,...)
Job description and responsibilities:
Babel Media is the leading international provider of specialist services to the games and interactive entertainment industries is always looking for good talents.
We are currently looking for native speaking candidates in the Montreal region with strong knowledge of Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian or Turkish along with excellent command of the English language. We are seeking candidates with these skills to play through Video Games on various consoles to ensure that the translation into the desired language is of a high level of quality and accurate. The job entails testing games following structured testing methodologies and producing bug reports for submission to Babel’s clients. Day to day execution of assigned projects, including testing, linguistic review, translation and production of test reports.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
Strong reading, speaking and writing are essentials to native standard of language.
Must have good command of the English language
