Use them for studies, references, renders, etc.

Note: Characters can be used in any latest 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Lightwave 3d, Cinema 4D, Poser, Softimage XSI, trueSpace, Blender, Rhino3D, gmax, Modo, Mudbox, MotionBuilder, etc.) that supports .obj & .jpg file formats.

You can buy these models here:

I'd enlarge the breasts a bit on the femme, they are looking a little smallish;)

I agree, especially since one of the suggested uses is for studies. For that, they have to be anatomically correct.

200 dollars for character models which are not 100% anatomical correct?

He's an artist and is therefore entitled to charge how much he thinks his models are worth. But yeah, $200 is an overkill. If you spend the sum on books and tutorials instead, you can pretty much learn how to create these yourself in a matter of weeks.

In some areas, the anatomy is so off, my eyes start to bleed.

I don't mean to be harsh, but you need to work on your anatomy a bit more. You can certainly get away with oversized breasts as long as the rest of the anatomy and proportions agree with it. These models however suffer from major anatomical and proportional problems. You can sell these for however much you want but you should work on your anatomy for your own benefit.

yep true, my fault. I also don't mean to be harsh, i just wondered why he wants so much money for his work? I believe some students would spend maybe 20 dollars, but 200 bugs is a bit high, because the anatomy and the proprtions are not realy perfect. :)

I don't think the models will be so popular, girls and boys will look at them, then enter a depression because they got so small breasts and penises :)

Are you trying to replicate the mistake that made Lara croft world famous here? I'll get back to you on buying them the next time I need reference that is both anatomically incorrect (and not in a good, exaggerating certain aspects for art style kind of way), and overpriced. I wouldn't hold your breath.

I like the girls breasts, they look like a good enough size! As for the guy he's definitely got that heroic look down to a tee, uber muscles and a shlong to match. Although I have to agree, $200 is a little steep...

the sites i have these files uploaded on take half of the sales proceeds...it's really on $100 for both characters ($50 for male and $50 for female)

No offense, but your references seems to be a bit too much pr0n oriented :p
I understand the idea of selling a base model but you might need a little practice to have good anatomy.
Keep working your skills, post some wips on the forum to have feedback and in a short time you might be able to sell better models. :)

Putting the price aside I am going to focus on the actual models. I would recommend you work on the anatomy and proportions more as some of the people here already mentioned it is not 100% correct. The female you made has a very cartoonish and stylized feel to her and from a quick glance I suggest you improve the quad muscles on her legs and the general form of the knee... also the back, more specifically the scapulas need work as their shape is in correct (look at some scapula bone charts). As far as the breasts go I dont mind their size as long as the rest of the body is in proportion which in you case is not. if you want to keep it that way make the crotch area wider and give the stomach more depth as it is to flat.
these are my 2cents, I'm sure that you will only improve and as long as you use more reference and pay attention to the forms and proportions your art will only grow.

Proportions aside, the white (asian?) guy is sporting some very cheeky neckbeard...

1999 called. It wants its models back. 2 variations on 2 badly made characters isn't even worth $100. GA artists know better. Even I know better. The anatomy looks wrong, the pose is a rigger's nightmare, & they look boxy in places. All of is weird since your personal work is pretty decent, if a little T&A fixated. Why not just sell off some of your good stuff instead instead of this?
