My current entry for DW3 entails a child with a sketchbook, and a big beast. Whatever the child sketches, the beast turns into. I was hoping to have my beauty shot something like the child sketching away under the protection of the beast towering over him, with the beast's arms coming towards the screen, and one of his arm's in mid-transformation into whatever the kid was drawing. But for my winning shot, I wanted to just have the beast in his natural state, and the child resting on his shoulder or in his hand, so I wouldnt want the beast to be transforming at all in this shot.
This would mean I'd have two (very similar) but slightly different meshes, one with a deformed hand and one without. Is this ok, or does it have to be the exact same mesh throughout?
