Environment: plan on painting

Here is a sketch I was thinking about painting soon. I was thinking about having multiple of these structures spanning back across a wide plain. What do you guys think?

thats pretty cool looking. very unique, one question is it floating somewhere or is there land?

Heh...yea. I scanned it at too high of a contrast! There was a light pencil line there. It will defiantly become evident when I start adding color.

nice start. I wonder if adding more roots to the bases would look nice and perhaps if you merged the small top trees more into the trunks (?), they would look more unified. Besides this, it's a good start man. Looking forward to seeing more:)
