Then he say:"I want donate!" then he take out few coin from he bowl, he try to let police donate for him, but the policeman want him donate with he own hand....... nearby is deeply touched by him

All the nearby ppl is deeply touched, and he say again:" I still got money"

Then he donate $30 again, (I think it is all the money in he pocket)

Anyone know why he's discombobulated? I am sure some disease but I never saw anyone like that. Looks like they should be giving him money to help him out...

That's just awesome, that's probably all the money he has too. Compare that to how the rich behave. We should all donate btw, what happened in China was just so f***ed up.
