View Full Version : WYSIWYG for Maya/Unreal 3???? HELP!!!!

Is there a way to view my level in Maya that remotely resembles what I would see in Unreal3? I'm building a level in Maya and I'm COMPLETELY FREAKING OUT because I have to 'guesstimate' what the models and textures will look like when they get into Unreal3.

I recently worked on a PS3 title and we had proprietary tools that would actually simulate what your lighting setup would look like when you got it into the game. We could even look at reflection maps, parallax, and other maps that are not part of Maya's default high quality rendering features. Not having a "what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) setup is eternally frustrating!!! :cry:

Any advice on how I can get somthing close to U3?
