Hi guys,
First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Valentin Nadolu and I am Lead Vehicle Artist at AMC Studio, a romanian outsourcing company specialized in game art.
I started of like most of you, learning 3d at home as a hobby and doing cars for games like NFS4 and GTA3. I then got a full time job at AMC and I've been doing cars for games ever since :). Me and my team have done cars for games such as Test Drive Unlimited, Mercenaries 2, Saboteur and a few other titles that are yet undisclosed.
Here's my way of giving back to the community, a tutorial describing how we here at AMC Studio build a next gen vehicle, from high-resolution model to final ingame version.
Here are some screenshots of the actual work:

Unfortunately, the tutorial is too big to be posted on forums, but you can download a PDF copy from here:

Hope you find it enjoyable to read as well as educational and as always, comments and critics are welcome!
Thank you!
