I love your proportions on the model. I just hope you capture some of the style and grittiness of the concept in the texturing stage!

The areas marked in red are parts that need some adjustment to achieve the results I’m guessing you want. The anatomy is off especially around the arms, the midsection of the arm seems connected to his armpit, which would result in some crazy stretching if he were to raise his arms another 10 degrees:ack:. This area needs the most reworking because it’s so glaring and incorrect. The wrist bone on a character his size could do with being pushed out a bit and more prominent. The shape of the deltoids if off on the muscle structure, if you wanted it to have more mass and fat then sculpt the areas correctly and then smooth over it a bit just giving a hint of the underlying muscle groups. The neck area could be exaggerated as well to give him a bit more character and it’ll go a long way in selling the girth of the model. I hope this helps a bit, rock on!:thumb:

PS: I’d Google some over weight men and Sumo wrestlers to get a good idea on how to handle the body type.
