can anyone link me to a dvd to buy or a website or even a youtube video tutorial on sculpting muscles in zbursh.

On normal mapping in zbrush is there any tools i should stay away from using?

This one was quite good. I go back to it every once in a while till this very day. It's zBrush2, but hey, anatomy is anatomy.

He has one for zBrush3 as well where he sculpts a female, but in my opinion this one is the best. They're both really good though.

Yeah Zackl Petroc is the man.

i bought this one a long time ago http://gnomonology.com/upload/tutorial_thumb/101/main.jpg

but its probably dated now. though you might find some stuff in it. i know i found it useful.

On Normal Mapping. I really did not like the normal mapping stuff in Zbrush 2 either native or zmapper. I have not really looked into it in 3/3.1 .. i'm very fond of 3dsmax's RTT. Ben Mathis has tutorials about that i think over at www.poopinmymouth.com
