Chakan The Forever Man, loved this game when i was a pup! when i saw this comp thought hard bout who needed a re-vamp and this guy has a killer story to him and is in need of some new rags! I hope to do him justice! Love this comp!

I loved the game as a kid since there was nothing really like at the time. I really like the original design of the character and I hope you’re able to pull this undead hero into the new generation. Good luck I'll be following this closely!:cool:

Would be awesome i remember i loved the twisted story and the character took all your basic character qualities to another level by making him very puritan and dark. def would be for the companies to take stock and think on it. goodluck with him

I've been doing some research and thought i'd share some of the results with you all.

I've been very aware that this character is familiar to me, i know, i said i played the game as a kid so nostalgia has played its part but it's more than that. After looking into it i realise that this character can be summed up like so;

ok, so I reckon it was about time I got something down for some form of commentary or at least to get my ideas down on paper so here are some sketches.

I decided the character is like this;

- He's a tortured immortal soul ( cause he can't die until all supernatural evil has been vanquished! )

- He's not someone to mess with ( he is so hardcore he beat death! )

- His key features are, red eyes, that fechin hat!, he is 'undead' or at least aged alot!, he uses swords and potions.

With this in mind I have experimented with tribal, biker, futuristic/cyborg, and a slight variations of the original design with just layers of cloth.

Some ideas that are sticking in my mind are this; broken hour glass to show he has broken his alotted life time, maybe since he beat death he has incorporated deaths' sycthe as one of his weopons? His hat is silly but it kinda makes him stand out so I've tried to keep the silhouette of it but maybe swith it up for say a skull or something?

I have never heard or play the game but the character has a lot going for him from your descriptions. Good refs espcially Vampire Hunter D and Eddie. :)

I love the Bull Skull Mask for the 3rd one one the last row but his hat is iconic. Maybe incorporate them both? :P

Body wise, I like the 2nd ones from the 1st and 2nd rows. Good luck!

I really like the second to last trench coat one. But I am not to sure baout the mask. Maybe the trench coat figure with the hat from the second one on top?
