Has anyone got any advise on how to properly calibrate your screen? I have dual screens at home and work and they all seem to have different appearances. Any help would be great!

Yeah I had the same issue with this some time ago and still have occasional hiccups. The one thing I would suggest is to reset your monitors to the factory settings and then calibrate them through your video card. Also adjust your settings in Photoshop as well to reflect the change. I have a 20 inch duel monitor setup as well and this helped a ton. The worst thing you can have though is two monitors made by two different manufactures, I have one dell and one crappy one I bought "in out of all places Wall mart" and the difference is huge and totally screws me up at times, it took tons of tweaking just to get things on an even keel. All in all you'll never see two LCD monitors look the same but you can adjust your settings and gamma so that it reads clear on everyone’s set up.:)

yeah this is a major issue in my opinion. what i would say is like what Marcus said and just get the same brand if u can. then use your video card to calibrate them. I have a 20" Samsung and the same version but wide screen to its right.

Adobe installs a calibration wizard when you install anything Adobe. In the control panel it's under "Adobe Gama." It works really well.
Also, I recommend the software "Ultramon" for dual monitors. By far, it's the best software to handle dual monitors. I think you have to buy it but if you look hard enough on the web you may find it. I think it has almost become freeware because it's all over the place.
