great character to redesign, i agree. it's also tough though because he was a cool design to begin with. i thought both him and glacius (oh damn, i should have chose glacius instead!) were the coolest. anyway good luck and i can't wait to see what kind of ideas you come up with. :thumb:

Yes, a character from my favorite street fighting game! I was all about Glacius and Saberwulf and was thinking about doing either of them. I wouldn't know what to do with all that Ice though for a redesign. I still play the game from time to time (arcade emu).... i was never really a fan of Fulgore though.. But as a redesign he could be tight for sure.
