I had to change your post. Hope you don't mind.
The link you posted was to a page instead of an image.
If you wish to link to a page you have to use the "Insert Link" button up on the formatting bar. If you don't mind code, you could type in the URL itself along with the HTML-like [url] opening & closing tags. Images use the [img] tag. Of course, you could just use the "Insert Image" button for linking directly to a JPG or GIF, the two most common web image formats.
so how did you put it in there and what do you think

How I put it there has to do with the fact that I'm a moderator. All I did was change the IMG part of the forum code to URL. That's the link itself. As far as the image goes, I looked at the picture itself, found the direct URL to the jpeg and wrapped it in an [img] tag. You can click to edit your post to see what this code looks like. As a board novice, you can just use the Insert Link or Insert Image buttons if you don't want to mess around with the code end.
As far as the image goes... Not bad. It's a bit rough in some places and could do with some line work cleanup, but it's a pretty good image. Again, clean up and tighten the lines in Photoshop, Illustrator, or some similar program and you're onto something. Even consider coloring it. That'll make it pop.
I don't necessarily know if I'd consider it finished, but I do feel that you're off to a solid start. Art is never finished. It's merely abandoned. :)
EDIT>>> About the text... Unnecessary. The handwritten look of the text brings the piece down. I'd consider removing it and adding it back in digitally. There are free/cheap alternatives to Photoshop and Illustrator if you're still new to the scene. My first suggestions might be Gimp as a Photoshop stand-in and Inkscape as an Illustrator stand-in. Both apps are free and should get the job done. Granted, they're not as robust as the more expensive Adobe products, but they're capable.
thanks I'll do that I just got photoshop so i'll take me while to get use to it but once I do I do what you said

Play with photoshop in your free time when your not sketching, check out http://conceptart.org/ for tips tricks and techniques. your going to want to resize your images for web viewing specifically in forums, your gonna wanna have it be at max 1024x1024 pixels, at that is what most people have thier screen rez, to the best of my knowledge, keep at it man.
If your goal is to do concept art for a living get your disposable income targeted on anatomy books and study them till the book is falling apart and you have to buy it over again.
