Just doing my personal artwork. Wanna make a scary character. This woman died and awake as a killer without head.

Just a few of my thoughts:

I think the concept of the character is a good start. Has a very H.P. Lovecraft (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H._P._Lovecraft) feel to it. Just push it a bit more and come up with how she died, why she came back this way, what led her to become this monster. Answering those questions helps round out the mood you're trying to set for the character.

As for the art itself. The characters anatomy is off. It appears as if she has no hip. The female body is hard to nail down (it is for me at least), so I'd suggest either getting into a Life Drawing class if you're not already. Get lots of reference material, I suggest signing up for this website: Female Anatomy for the Artist (http://www.female-anatomy-for-artist.com/). And, just plugging away and really observing how the body moves.
