Part 5 - Brushes (including hard surface sculpting tutorial)(45mins) (http://area.autodesk.com/index.php/tutorials/tutorial_index/groundup_series_brushes/)
[b]Part 6 - Hard Surface texturing (41mins) (http://area.autodesk.com/index.php/tutorials/tutorial_index/groundup_series_hard_surface_texturing/)
The aim of teh Mudbo 2009 'From The Ground up' series is to totally document in video tutorials mudbox in its entirety along with every popular pipeline. Its an ambitous project that will be ongoing as time and resources allow. I've broken into 'waves' each tackling a different group of things. So wave 1 is the very basics, wave 2 gets more advaced, wave 3 even more advanced...etc etc. This series is designed to work along side the QuickStart series so provide mudbox users with a free total tutorial solution for free...nada...nothing...all you have to spend is your time to watch them. Its costig a fair old wack of money for autodesk to host these (and hence they are not being released all at once lol.) Wave 1 and 2 are already recorded, with wave 3 being recorded ready to continue by the end of wave 2 being online.
Parts 1-4 are now up with the rest to follow every other day. To watch at full resolution press the full screen button and then the 1:1' button. I left off adding his as a thread until the early shorter parts were up. From this point things get a bit longer time wise now we're got most of the stuff I consider 'beginners' stuff out of the way.
Enjoy
