We've published an early preview video of Unwrella v2, I think it might be interesting for you guys/gals to take a look.
The workflow is: Define your seams, apply Unwrella modifier, tweak parameters, press apply and the model is unwrapped, stretch minimized, texture seams minimized, checkers perfect, optimally packed and ready for painting and further production, all done in whatever time is required to draw the seams. :cool:
