Here's the new trailer for Frontlines: Fuel of War: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/24050.html it was great seeing this put together in house by our concept guys and I think it came out pretty well. This gives a basic setup to the games storyline and it's my favorite so far, I hope you guys dig it.:)

looks pretty cool, nice teaser trailer to set the mood. what software did they use to achieve the parallax effect?
the gc 2007 trailer looks good, too, but are there any gameplay trailers?

so is that your voice?
i must admit that is a really good preview, it sets up the story and start to the game very nicely, and for me keeps me hanging for it's release.:thumb:
oh and fantastic imagery from your concept guys/girls

Yeah, very funny storyline. :D Caspian sea.... aargh... So I'll be waiting for multiplayer only (no red star alliance in singleplayer? ). And Putin in that newspaper... he does not look like Putin at all.
Anyway great job there (except storyline). :)
I haven't read anything else about this game, but it would be pretty cool if there were persistent multiplayer frontlines that moved as each side gained & lost territory.

While im not much of a strategy guy (ME STOOPID!? RAAAAAH! NO!)it looks cool enough to try out :)
Really like the cinematic trailer ;)
Very good work. Definitely gave me a very uneasy feeling while watching the trailer..

You should be fine then, it's a first person shooter :)
(Unless of course you're not much of a FPS person either ;))

Marcus: I believe they used After Fx and a couple of other tools that I'll have to ask about, as for the game play trailers you can see a number of them here: http://www.gametrailers.com/game/2833.html though it's from an older build and it looks even more polished now.
shadowbreeze: so is that your voice?

Marcus: Nope it’s not my voice, hehe thanks for the kind words!:)

Marcus: Well the story isn't for everyone but we think the game play will be the main selling point, the multiplayer will be a blast considering it's from the desert combat team. As for the Redstar Single player well it's something many of us wanted but it was cut unfortunately, of course things will most likely be in the works for future iterations. Putin "arghh" not sure what happened but when I saw our guys working on it it was dead on, I guess they made last minute changes.

Marcus: There is, our producer talks about this in some of the E3 videos posted: http://www.gametrailers.com/game/2833.html

Yeah the actual cinematic trailer was done by Blur.

That was really interesting. The story was introduced really well, and from what I've seen of the other trailres so far, its gonna be pretty strong gameplay wise. Can't wait :)

It looks promising, and the remote drones will be a fun addition to play with. Although the helicopter one does give me the shakes and brings back horrible memories from GTA: Vice City. But I'll be looking forward to giving it a go :)
I hope you get the AI all ironed out, though. That's really what makes or breaks a game in this first person shooter jungle.

Here's some new video of Frontlines, it shows off one of the coolest aspects of our game which is the drones: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/28036.html the video shows off six drones, 3 of which I worked on. The first three drones were textured by Alan: http://www.polygoo.com/ and I textured the last three. The modeling was done by the some of the SR. Modelers. Cool stuff all around and there fun to play with as well!:)

Hey for those interested the first Demo for Frontlines: Fuel of War is available on Xbox Live! The demo contains one of the single player maps and features a healthy dose of weapons, vehicles, and drones. I also updated my site: http://www.marcusdublin.com/3dWeaponsVehiclesselectionPage.html with a few of the 30 plus weapons I worked on:
