Thanks for the feedback...have more to post but in the last couple of weeks of a game so its sporatic. Don, yeah I like the dragon tattoo myself...that you can't see all of it...becomes almost part of the costume revealed at certain points for effect...just don't know if that tattoo is too cliche...a dragon...haven't seen that before. lol. As for the 3rd one...that is the most like the original character...feels more like an update or an older version (which she is intended to be a little older in these). I keep bouncing back and forth between extreme and moderate revamp on her...we'll see I guess. Thanks.

Hey Brian, nice work:) Visited your website too, very inspiring. I hope to be doing concepts for a game soon myself : /

Anyway, I have to say that I like the second one the best. I'm not too fond of the boots on the first. And though the dragon tat looks pretty cool, it does seem kinda cliche:) and it doesn't really suit her character imo. The third is nice, but it makes me think about a character who is in more of a sci-fi setting. To me, the middle one is perfect, reminiscent of her most recent costume, but also very different and interesting.

And I am not sure if you watch the anime, but if you don't, you should at least watch the last 2 or 3 episodes. Sakura kicks some serious butt in those, and they brought out their senior animators for the sequences. On a side note, good luck with your current game project!!

Finally some sketches! They're looking sweet! To me, 1 is real sexy with the tattoos and all. The 2nd one,I agree with wanderingmonk , feels it suits Sakura's personality well.

Great work here! I'm going for the second one. Sakura is the pink haired character correct? Even though Im not entirely familiar with her character, just by having seen images of her from the manga and anime, she seems a little more timid. Maybe give her those slightly enlarged eyes to accentuate her cute, but still a ninja look? However, you've taken it in an almost LeeLoo (spelling? the girl from Fifth Element) which is totally awesome. So whatever you decide, keep it up, looking great. :thumb:

Did a bunch of sketches of this this weekend and I'm thinking I'm going to take this character in a complete different direction. Seems to me if I'm to reenvision the character that I'm dancing around the accepted version a little too much. We'll see but I think a clean break is needed on this one. I'll post some images later today.
