View Full Version : Head UV normalmap mirror?

Hey - I intend to unwrap my lowpoly head this way - but I'm not sure if it will create a normalmap seam along the edge?

Can I just flip the mesh and uvs to one side, attach and bake?
Or do I need to bake first and then flip mesh and uvs and attach?

Well, got answer from Polycount ;)

In case others are wondering:
The solution is to flip the mesh and uvs to one side, attach and THEN bake.
