Hey everyone,

I am having an issue with an animation I'm working on. I have a character created using bones and IK Limb solvers on the arms and legs. I have a main point object that all of my bones are linked to. I need to have the character rotate around a circle spline and when the link the point object to the circle the IK's stay behind but when I link the IK's also then the arms and legs are distorted and are directly on the spline rather than retaining their position on the character.

I know this might be confusing, but hopefully someone knows what may be the problem. Thanks for all help.

This might solve it, but I'm not sure because I've never linked IK to a point helper with a path constraint..

In the motion panel, check your path constraint settings for your point helper. In there you'll see something called "relative"; you'll need to check that to keep the objects from aligning to the path.

If this doesn't work, you mind uploading the file so I can take a look at it?

Thanks for the help. I'll try that first then if it doesn't work. I'll let you take a look at it.
