Really nice concept so far:thumb: Her hole in her top shoulder area that reveals her netted skin underneath is a very nice touch.

Will you keep the same old fan design? It would be cool if you put in a nicer pattern on her fan. Maybe a dragon or something.

thanks FredH, i want to put some cavings and paintings on the fan and the cloth but i havent figure it out yet. i'm looking for some references all day long but i found nothing but kimonos :(

here is the base mesh though i'm not sure about the concept yet...

awesome! i love the concept and the model is great too! head seams a bit small, but according to head sises it does fit the rest of the model, so it might be the width of the hips/torso.
keep it up!

i just see some part are still too soft. can you add more of the shape for the cloth hole, ribbon, and hair? and i see the shoes is not really type of ninja shoes... hehehehehe. great so far, instead of me haven't got the model as far as yours....

I think the model is lookin great Renderdevil. Nevermind about evolving the concept, I like the new sleeves. I dunno about those armor on her thigh, but keeping some part of the net w'd be cool :p
