Dominance war for animator??

hi, i love the idea of dominance war and the talent that goes in the competition. but sadly im an animator and not so much a modler.

i just wanted to know if there was something that is similar to DW for animator or if after the competition we could creat a trailer of somekind with some of the model. it could realy be awsome.

anyway that was just some ideas.

You know I am really surprised no one has responded to this thread. I will look into getting a contest set up for animators.

it would be interesting to see a comp where everyone started with the same model, and made an animation that followed a full list of actions, example: walk,run,duck,jump,roll, 3 hit attack combo, falling down, getting up, death, and victory pose. then you could be judged on wieght, fluidity, character, ect... it would be cool.

Even as an animator I can understand why there really isnt an animation equivelant to DW. Models are a lot nicer to look at! :D

Although I do think there should be animation comps/minis. I've brought up the subject here before...WAY too lazy to do a search though. :D
