OK, i recently got a Wacom Intuos 3 a5 wide special edition... and its all really cool.. BUT, my mum keeps tellin me to get a bag for it before it breaks ¬_¬

What you're looking for is:
http://www.wacom-shop.net/cgi-bin/wacom.storefront/49c67b7f0050761627404ddcef2606b3/Product/View/PTZSL&2D631W
Currently, it's sold out or unavailable at Wacom's site. It seems to be a very hard to find or in demand sleeve size right now, in the UK especially.
These sites list it:
http://www.shopwiki.co.uk/detail/?q=Wacom+Intuos3+Sleeve+A5+Wide+(PTZSL-631W)&s=643604&o=96970630&d=Wacom+Intuos3+Sleeve+A5+Wide
Not sure what their stock situation is like, but it's worth a try.
Personally, I feel that it should be safe as long as you:
1) Store it on your desk in a place where it won't fall to the ground.
2) Don't manhandle it. It's not a toy, after all.
3) Don't put anything heavy on it.
That's about it. I've got a Cintiq 12wx, which is roughly the same size. I don't bother with a case because, as I said, you really don't need it if you're careful. All I do is cover it with a light cloth at night to keep the dust off.
