ok, so as I said, I don't know anything about Naruto, so I first tried to find a lot of pictures and videos, stories, etc about Hinata, ended up drawing this :

the two drawings are not related, just some random stuff I pictured while watching reference pictures about her.

so this is just a research thing, I'm trying to capture the character first, then I'll make it evolve, I think I'm more interested by the "don't mess with me" side she has when she fights (from the various videos I've seen) rather than the shy girl that has a crush on the hero side, so I may explore that while still trying to keep the way she is in the anime, but since I don't really know naruto, I may derive a lot, but that sounds fun :p

probably more tonight/tomorrow, think I'm gonna draw more faces and silhouettes

Nice man. You definitely captured the character in the front on view. I love the idea of going with her mid-fight enraged look.

I know this is gonna be made of French-win when done, so I'm anxious.

i actually agree on this with Poop.

On the otherhand her proporations are abit off, i mean the Legs could be quite longer i think. Uhm, but i really love the front view face man, looks better then the original!

look for more side view pictures of hinata at the refrence thread in the General Discussion forum. There are plenty links wich 100% will help you.
