That's a cool take on Sakura. I like the idea of seeing what she would be like when she's the age Tsunade looks.

I think currently you need to change up the design some, because it looks like its really close to how the young version of Sakura looks, and to get the feeling of her being older, IMO you'd need to also make her clothing more mature to sell it, while still keeping that same feel.

I think if you reference her older version, and then use that as a starting point you could create an even stronger piece
