number of pages in thread not showing on forumdisplay.php

The pages! The pages! Where are the pages! Well, I've been away from the forum for a few months and it seems like the number of pages/"goto last page" have disappeared at some point... umm, yeah. They're not there in Opera or Firefox OSX. :/

I know! It makes it harder to slog through Dwar posts.

For now you can still go to the last page if you click the arrow in the last post column.
